Aera

Brianna Gosse is piling up musical credentials like a house on fire … and with good reason. At barely 20 years of age, she has rocked a long list of songwriting and talent competitions and performed for many established music festivals, showcased for industry organizations such as MusicNL and the East Coast Music Association and recorded several live music sessions for CBC.

Her debut album “AERA”, released in August 2014, is full of melodic hooks and executed with the sureness of a seasoned artist. With no shortage of horns, keys and soulful vocals AERA sails through an array of genres making stops at jazz, pop, and even reggae all married by the unwavering musicality of the overall sound. Masterfully produced by Chris Kirby and with a backup band of seasoned pros, AERA hit the airwaves to solid reviews and won Album of the Year at the 2014 Music Newfoundland Awards.
