With post-rock ambience and ever-building rhythmic patterns, Town House perform songs that are equally informed by stillness and motion. Their debut album Floods received huge success, winning them Music NL’s Rising Star of the Year 2017, and placing them on the Borealis Music Prize Longlist, as well as landing them Best New Band of 2017 voted by The Overcast readers. They formed in 2015 in St. John’s, NL. With every layer they build in their music they create soundscapes like no other.
